JABHAAT won at the third time of asking when taking the fillies stakes over seven furlongs at Beverley under Graham Lee. This Hamdam Al Maktoum owned two year old had been knocking on the door on her previous two runs having finished second twice, but finally got her head in front yesterday, seeing off Squeeze My Brain by the minimum distance. The daughter of American sire Hard Spun showed great determination when seeing off a late challenge from the runner up and hopefully there is more to come from her.
