Girl Inthe Picture finally had her say when returning to Bath racecourse on Wednesday evening. The daughter of Lawman has been progressing nicely into her three-year-old campaign and was unlucky to have come second at Bath just nine days ago.
This time, paired with Hollie Doyle and dropped back down in trip to a mile, Girl Inthe Picture sprung prominently from stall six and sat up with the steady early pace. Hollie took the lead from two furlongs out and kicked for home, the bay ran on nicely to win by half a length.
