Bantam won for the second time this season when scoring at Salisbury under a good ride from Andrea Atzeni.After breaking her maiden at Windsor, the daughter of Teofilo finished runner up to the unbeaten filly Court Pastoral of Lady Cecil's at Windsor on her last run.
Bantam showed she had improved again from that race when taking this one mile four furlong fillies handicap in good style. Held up in touch, Bantam was allowed to find her stride three furlongs out, she was then switched wide by Andrea Atzenito make her challenge down the outsideand stayed on well to win with a certain amount in hand.
