Fresh from their win at Beverely last Wednesday, HAUNTED DREAM and Daniel Muscutt headed to Lingfield yesterday evening.
This time running over a mile and a half, the pair sprung from stall four. Taking a keen hold, the son of Oasis Dream took a little while to settling into his stride but Muscutt kept the grey gelding in behind the leaders. Turning the bend for home Muscutt began to challenge, pushing Haunted Dream into the lead, inside the final furlong the pair pulled away from the field to win by over a length.
Haunted Dream shows a great winning attitude and clearly relished the step up in trip. Congratulations to his owner, Mr Paul Turner. We look forward to an exciting season ahead!
