14-08-2008 Masamah follows up debut victory
Masamah followed up his impressive winning debut at York, with a win at Lingfield in the thisissurreytoday.co.uk Novice Stakes last week. Ridden by Richard Hills, Masamah jumped well and took up the lead early on. He made all and was pushed out to the line to win by two lengths from Art Preview.

He had not been seen out since winning his Maiden in May as he had had a few problems after the race. He has been in great form at home and we were delighted to see him win again, especially without the help of the visors. Masamah holds a couple of smart entries, which include the Weatherbys Insurance £300,000 Stakes and the Listed Julia Graves Roses Stakes at York next week.
