Wet and miserable in Newmarket. Most of the country looks set for a dousing over the next couple of days.
I hope you all enjoyed an excellent weekend. I am currently at Doncaster inspecting yearlings ahead of the sale later this week. I’ll keep you abreast of any purchases as and when they arise.
No runners today but Rock Lobster is declared for Brighton tomorrow, Island Authority Chepstow and Opposition Newbury. We have also declared Rock Lobster to run at Bath on Wednesday with a view to monitoring changes in the ground at both venues. Hajeer will head to Lingfield for the seven furlong nursery on Wednesday.
Eleven entries for the weekend including five for Yarmouth’s first fixture back on Sunday. We also entered Sharaakah in the Prestige Stakes at Goodwood on Saturday and the seven furlong nursery on the July Course. Weather and ground will once again be paramount.
