Owhatanight

Good afternoon from Newmarket. We have a quiet day ahead of us with just one runner at Windsor this evening. Owhatanight makes his racecourse debut in the six-furlong two-year-old novice at Windsor at 6.05, and it looks a warm heat. This horse has shown a little ability at home and it is heartening to see his sire Night of Thunder really starting to make headway in the stallion ranks.

However, he is the only newcomer in the field, so will lack for experience, and as we all know my horses improve appreciably for a run anyway. He might want another furlong before too long too, but here is hoping that this talented grey can show some promise. It is good to welcome Rab Havlin back to the fold after his recent ban, and he will be doing the steering this evening.

All the best,
Ed.
