A Double for the Dunlop team on Saturday

Mon 29 April 2013

We were delighted that RED RUNAWAY won a mile and a half handicap at Leicester ridden by Paul Hanagan. The three year old colt was held up during the early part of the race and got his head in front during the final stages.

He looks like a horse who will stay well in the future and the owner, Mr Arculli, is already dreaming that he may be another Red Cadeaux!! He was always an immature horse last year and there is no doubt that he will improve with racing and age.

It was great to see VOODOO PRINCE win on this first outing this season at Ripon. He won a conditions race over a mile and a half, ridden by Graham Lee who has a good record with him. He has returned safe and sound and all being well he will be campaigned in decent Handicaps / Listed races leading up to and including Royal Ascot.
