Global Art is a son of Dutch Art that is out of the five-furlong Southwell winner Constant Dream. The mare is in turn a sibling of several speedy Stakes performers.
Global Art was a promising fifth on his only start at two, and developed into a fair handicapper at three. He registered his first career victory when romping home in a 0-70 handicap at Chelmsford in August 2018. He took an inevitable hit from the handicapper subsequently, but continued to run with credit for the duration of the season.
He remained in action early into the new year, but a couple of below par runs saw his mark reduce to 76. He was given a short break and returned to action at Wolverhampton in May, and produced a superb performance to win a 0-75 9.5 furlong handicap by an authoritative two and a quarter lengths.
In the subsequent months Global Art has changed hands and now runs in the colours of Paul and Nikki Turner. A solid and consistent type who is best suited by the AW, he is sure to give his new connectons an awful lot of fun and excitement in the months ahead.
